These terms govern the services provided by Reveltra, operated by Ionut Obreja, registered as an individual (PFA) in Romania, of Șoseaua Nordului 96G, 014104 București.

The service. We provide professional CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile writing services in English, delivered digitally by email as editable documents. We do not guarantee any specific outcome such as interviews or job offers, as hiring decisions rest with employers.

Ordering. When you purchase a package, you enter into an agreement for the service described. After purchase, you'll complete a questionnaire and provide relevant materials. Timely, accurate information is needed for delivery; delays in providing it will extend turnaround times.

Your responsibilities. You confirm the information you provide is truthful and accurate. We write your documents based on the information you supply.

Revisions. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as stated in its description.

Turnaround. Stated turnaround times are estimates in business days, beginning once you've provided all required information.

Licence. Completed documents are for your personal use in your own job search. You may not resell or redistribute the work.

Payment. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering in euros via our secure payment provider. We do not store card details.

Liability. Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss from unsuccessful applications. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU consumer protection rules.
