Política de reembolso

Reveltra ("we", "I"), operated by Ionut Obreja (PFA), provides professional CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn writing services. Because we sell a service (not a physical or downloadable product), the following terms apply.

Your right of withdrawal

Under EU and Romanian consumer law (OUG 34/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Because our service begins with preparation work as soon as you place your order and submit your details, by purchasing and submitting your questionnaire you expressly request that we begin work immediately and acknowledge the following:

• If you cancel before we have begun work, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If you cancel after we have begun but before your first draft is delivered, you are entitled to a refund minus a reasonable amount for the work already carried out.
• Once your first draft has been delivered, the service is considered substantially performed, and the fee is non-refundable — though the revisions included in your package still apply to help us get it right.

If something goes wrong

Your satisfaction matters. If you're unhappy with your draft, please use the revisions included in your package. If you believe the service was not carried out with reasonable care and skill, contact us at contact@reveltra.net and we will work with you in good faith to put it right.

What we can't refund

We can't offer refunds because you found a job elsewhere, changed your mind after work was completed, were unsuccessful with a specific application (we write a strong CV, but hiring decisions are outside our control), or did not use the revisions offered.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC, anpc.ro).
