How does the process work?
After you order, we'll email you a short questionnaire to gather your details — your work history, target role, and current CV if you have one. Once you return it, we write your documents and send them by email within the turnaround time shown on your package.
What will I receive?
Your finished documents are delivered as editable Word files and PDFs, so you can use them straight away and update them in future. LinkedIn content is delivered as text you can paste directly into your profile.
How long does it take?
Turnaround times are shown on each package (typically 3–8 business days) and begin once you've returned your completed questionnaire.
What language are the CVs written in?
We write professional English-language CVs and LinkedIn profiles — ideal for international, multinational, or English-speaking roles.
Do you guarantee I'll get a job or interview?

What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every package includes revisions (the number is shown on each product). Just tell us what you'd like adjusted and we'll refine your draft until it's right.
Is my information kept private?

How do I send you my current CV and details?
Simply reply to the questionnaire email we send after your order, attaching your current CV and any job descriptions you're targeting.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a custom service, refund terms depend on how far along your order is — full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: if you're unhappy with a draft, we'd rather use your included revisions to make it right.
